About John Wang 

John Wang is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in real estate capital markets, managing a transaction record exceeding $550 million in the U.S. His career began at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), after which he transitioned into real estate development, driven by a passion for creating meaningful and lasting community impact. With a background in urban planning from Peking University, where he spent seven years honing his expertise, John was recruited by Poly Real Estate to spearhead national strategic development efforts for China’s 13th Five-Year Plan after BCG.

John’s pursuit of excellence in real estate led him to Northwestern University, where he earned a master’s degree in Real Estate Development. Upon graduation, he moved to Houston, Texas, and established himself as a multifamily developer. Over the past five years, John has successfully developed more than 800 multifamily units, five retail centers, and a regional warehouse in Texas, while also playing a pivotal role in securing over $300 million in funding for fellow developers.

Currently, John serves as the President of Real Estate at ManageLife, overseeing a diversified $1.2 billion portfolio spanning seven states. In addition to his real estate leadership, John is at the forefront of ManageLife’s blockchain development initiatives, with a vision to revolutionize homeownership through blockchain technology.
